VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Hanna, Morgan, and I went to Las Vegas for a dance convention. My friend, Marnae and her daughter Brooke went too. The girls danced all day. We swam and ate all night. We got to see our friends Abby and Garron while we were there. They are so cute and we always have fun with them. I spent lazy days at the pool with Marnae. On the way home we stayed the night in St. George and saw "The Sound of Music" at the Tuacahn. It was so good. The girls loved it!

EFY AND CATCH UP!

Jaxson went to EFY at BYU today. I hope he has a great time. I miss him already! I also need to thank my friend Carey for the facials we got today. She took me to a spa in Gateway and gave me a facial for my birthday. It was so nice after being so dirty camping. I LOVED IT! THANKS CAREY!!!!

These other pics are just a few "catch up" pics that I thought were cute. That is ME repelling at Girl's Camp. I know....I'm a stud. The others are from our trip to NYC in with our friends, the Crocketts. I just got these and love them. They are: Carey and I at the Today Show concert....Tim and I at the Yankee game and....Carey, Dave, Tim and I on a sight seeing bus. It was such a fun trip!

Flaming Gorge

We took the kids to Flaming Gorge for a long weekend. We went with our friends the Liddiards, the Christensens, and the Combs. As usual it was a PARTY! Kelly Liddiard threw me off the boat in the first five minutes. That is a great indication of how the rest of the trip went. I don't understand why everyone has it out for me!!!! The kids were great. We came home tired, smelly, and I forgot to mention....TIRED! Camping is a ton of work. Not to mention how hard it is to play on, or lay by a lake all day! It was rough. Tim and I rented wave runners and bought a tube to pull. One of my favorite memories was when Ryanne, Abby and I were on the wave runner and Ryanne kept yelling, "This is the best." She was so brave and luckily she couldn't see the waves I was going over. My other favorite memory was when Tim and Garron went to fill up the wave runners and Tim brought me back a Coke. He read my mind! I loved watching him play with the kids. Tim is such a great dad!

Hanna and Morgan have a dance convention in Vegas so we are headed there tomorrow. Jaxson is at EFY and our friends are juggling the little girls! I am looking forward to the pool!

San Jose Reunion!

This was such a fun day! Many of the kids/youth that grew up together in San Jose got together for a trip down memory lane! MOST of our memories are good!!!!! It was so fun to see everyone! I really hope that I never forget the way I felt at the reunion. We are all so lucky to have so many great people that touched our lives. Many of our leaders were there and commented that it was as if time had stood still and we were all teenagers again. UGH! Can you imagine? We were the worst! They were so patient and loved us so much. I will always be so grateful for each of the youth and every leader that was willing to put up with us! What great times we had!!!!

Shannon, Kate, Janel, and I met today for lunch at Gardner Village. I laughed so hard I nearly peed my pants! Yep, it was just like old times. Janel made us the best cookies ever. PLEASE SEND MORE!!!!! Kate wouldn't share hers with me! Thanks for the fun girls!

STUART FALLS!

On July 5th, Tim had this great idea. He wanted to hike to Stuart Falls. Hanna rebelled. After girls camp and our family trip to St. George, she was not in the mood for hiking. I have to admit I really didn't want to go either. BUT, I am so glad that I did. It was really pretty and the hike wasn't bad. Our friends, Abby and Garron, came with us. We all decided that it was a lot like life.....it wasn't always easy, there were spots where most of us didn't want to go on, we were tired and thirsty and just when Abby, Ryanne, and I thought we should turn around, we could see the waterfall. Suddenly none of us could wait to get to it. I am sooooo glad that Tim talked me into going! It was such a great day!

4th of July

I know......better late than never. I got each of the kids a red, white, or blue article of clothing for the fourth. As you can see, Emmie was really impressed! For the record, if she even thinks about water, or swimming, she has to wear the goggles.

We spent the day at Raging Waters and then barbecued and did fire works with some friends in our neighborhood. Grandma Robin joined us for all the festivities. Tim won the pie eating contest. I have never been so proud!! Thats my man! Emmie watched the fireworks from under a blanket. It was such a fun day!

TO ALL YOU BLOGGERS!!!!

I had the best day today. We had a "San Jose Reunion" with everyone who grew up in, "the good ol' days!" I got yelled at by all the bloggers because I do not update enough. SOOOOO I came home to update so I could put the pics from today on and they WON'T UPLOAD!!!! Sheesh! Maybe I will try again tomorrow. It is past my bed time now!

UPDATE

Okay.....here is my version of an update....

Dance ended for the year! Woo Hoo! This is Ryanne and her cousin Savannah at the "End of Year Dance Recital." As always, all the girls are great little dancers. The teacher even danced this year. It was a lot of fun!

We celebrated Father's Day for the 15th year! Man Tim is old. He is such a great dad. The kids love him to death. He honors his priesthood and takes care of our family in soooo many wonderful ways. Thanks Tim!

The kids were so excited when dance was over because we could play all day. Even my little niece Brooke loved the slip n slide. She never has a moment of peace when she is at our house. Everyone wants to love her up!

Hanna and I conquered girls camp. We had such a good time. We went repelling, hiking, paint balling, zip lining, swimming, and so much more. It was so fun to be there with Hanna! She is such a trooper. I was so proud of her!

The day after Hanna and I got home from Girls Camp, we went to St. George as a family. Tim had everyone and everything all ready to go when we got home from camp. We had such a good time together. We hiked Snow Canyon, went through trails at Zions Canyon, saw Les Mis at the Tuachann, and swam and swam and swam. The kids were great! They all got along so well. What a fun trip!!!
