Brooke/Daddy Daughter Dinner

I babysat Brooke the other day! It was so much fun. We played for hours. She is so busy and so cute! I just can't get enough of her! She would sit on my stairs and say, "Help Me!" She wasn't really in distress she is just a little dramatic! I love her!
I brought Jaxson and his friends Wendy's for lunch. Jaxson shared his Dr. Pepper with Brooke. She loves it! Shhhhh! Don't tell Kate! She was mad enough at my putting chocolate milk in Brooke's bottle. I guess what she doesn't know won't hurt her.
Rory, our favorite neighbor took Ryanne to her "Daddy Daughter Dinner." (Tim was out of town.) Rory even had a wrist corsage for Ryanne. She was so happy. She was definitely the princess for the day.
We are so lucky to have so many great people in our lives!!!!!!

Hawaii!

I could not have asked for a better vacation! Tim and I spent last week on Maui. We sat on the beach, snorkeled, ate, watched the wales, ate, sat by the pool, got massages by the pool, and ate some more. I just love Tim. I love our kids to death, but I honestly live for time alone with Timmy! And what better place????


I have so many people to thank for our trip. Obviously, Tim. It was wonderful and I love him. My sister, Kate, kept Hanna. Joy, neighbor extraordinaire, took the three little girls! (That is not easy.) Not only did she keep them, they went to Jungle Jims, two movies, out to eat, AND got breakfast in bed. She also let them play that they were rich and Joy was the servant, Pam. I owe Joy more than she will ever know. Jaxson stayed with his friend's family. My friend, Marnae, got us the great condo on Maui. Brooke offered rides, Paulie offered dinner, my mom and so many others helped in so many ways!!! Thank you to all!!!! Because of you, I got to do this......
What more could a girls ask for??????

The Days of Our Lives!

came over for a visit. We ended up playing dress up! Isn't she so cute? I just love her!
Not the most appetizing picture, I know!!!! Jaxson and his crazy friend, Chase, made yams the other day after school! Who does that? I am not sure if I was more offended by them just making the yams, or by them calling Chase's grandma to find out how to make yams! I have a recipe for yams!!
This is my favorite story. I asked my friend if I could borrow all of the ingredients to make brownies. Then I asked if she would just go ahead and make them for me. I was totally joking. I was thrilled when she dropped brownies off that evening. Obviously, everyone loved them! Thanks Brooke!

Movie Night!

Morgan went to spend the night with a friend and then snowboard tomorrow. Tim and Hanna went to ALL the Lone Peak basketball games. Jaxson and his friends went to the Lone Peak game. Ryanne went to Grandma's for a sleep over AND......I TOOK EMMIE AND MY NEPHEW TO THE MOVIE WITH JOY AND HAIDYN. Yes, Tim is in town. No, he was not out with me! I know, I seem bitter. I'm really not. Yesterday Tim and I got massages and went out to lunch. Today, we went shopping and out to lunch. Tomorrow, it is out to dinner with great friends, The Crocketts! I shouldn't complain.....BUT, I probably will!!!!

Words cannot accurately describe the gratitude I feel for having Tim in my life. I remember the day I saw him for the very first time. When he walked in the room he looked so familiar. I will never forget his eyes. I thought he was quite possibly the best looking boy I had ever met. Nineteen years later, I still think he is a hunk. Not just because he is absolutely gorgeous, but also because he is an amazing man. I have never met a anyone who is more honest, hard working, loving, generous, supportive, or kind than Tim. He loves the scriptures and has such a keen knowledge of them. Recently, he sent me a text that quoted a scripture and then said, "This book is true." I love him with all my heart. I love and admire his relationship with each of our children. I love that he will sit with each of our children and just talk to them. I love the sparkle that he gets in his eye when one of the kids walks in the room. I love his unconditional love for all people. I am grateful for his example and his integrity! I miss him terribly! Happy Birthday Tim! I love you!

Jaxson had a Young Men's basketball game tonight. They lost by 3 points. Jaxson is not happy when his team loses! They played really well, they just couldn't keep it together in the end. I was a total embarrassment to Jaxson and my friend Lucie! Oh well, I had fun cheering for our team!
